Anyone using video?

As a video producer, I thought: why not see what is working for agents and what is not?

There are many outlets for a video of an agent, a property or even a development. Have you used a videographer or simply attempted it yourself?

How did it improve your sales? I see a great potential for attracting visitors to your online listing. Producing a DVD handout and telling people to over the phone they can view it online is great, however, I think the true value in MLS videos is that it sets your listing apart from others. Much like any other web page on the internet, by including video you are sure to keep visitors there longer.
