MY dog, Mikey, is a Rainmaker!  A few months ago, I listened to this voicemail:  "Hi Virginia!  I am a US Diplomat stationed overseas and I have been reading your blog.  We are pet lovers and see that you are, too, so we thought you would be the right real estate agent to help us find a home in Mesquite when we get there."
They were reading my AR outside blog, Mesquite Nevada Real Estate Blog.

We have our share of short sale listings in Mesquite Nevada - selling your home in these tough times is difficult enough, but especially so if you are upside down on your mortgage loan.  Sometimes you may not find out whether or not the seller's lender will even consider a short payoff until you negotiate a contract with a buyer and then submit it to the lien holder.

New Year's Eve Lunch with a special friend - Home Plate Diner restaurant Mesquite NV - 01/01/11 03:05 AM
New Year's Eve lunch at the Home Plate diner in Mesquite - - I met Arlene in 2007 - she and her husband Windy were looking for a new home.  We spent some time together and found just the right home for them.  During that process, we became good friends.  Later we discovered that we share the same birthday!  But we are both very busy and haven't been able to get together much this year.  Finally we met this afternoon for lunch.
