Another Mesquite Nevada custom home sold in 30 days - the good ones go quick! This home was in one of the higher price ranges of MLS listings here, they do not get as many showings as the lower priced homes in our area. Yet the higher end homes that were previously on the market for a long time are starting to sell. Could be a sign of the real estate recovery in several neighborhoods in Mesquite. Custom Homes in Mesquite - City and Mountain Views over Falcon Ridge from Calais gated golf course community - I took this picture very late in the afternoon, right before dusk. I take so many pictures of homes for sale, this time I turned my back to the gorgeous back patio and got this shot of one of the ponds. The nice thing about this beautiful water feature is that it is right on the golf course - you can enjoy it with no maintenance. The Falcon Ridge Golfcourse gets to do the work. Cool deal, right?
