I've never thought of myself as the obsessive type. I'm really not sure that it's true. In fact, most of you are probably just like me. We are perfectly normal.
Don't all real estate agents love Monopoly®? Isn't Monopoly Streets for Xbox the best game ever? In fact, it's so much fun that the buttons are falling off the Xbox controller and dear sweet hubby hides under the bed when asked if he would like to play......again.

Springtime in Sparta TN farm country
I've mentioned previously that my company caravans new listings each Tuesday. This week we had a beautiful sunny day, and we visited a listing in Sparta TN that had an absolutely spectacular view. This is what I envision when I think of perfect, quintessential Tennessee farmland.
One of my favorite things about Tennessee is how the rolling hills and mountains become fainter with each layer until they vanish on the horizon. There are buyers in the market. The spring real estate market is in full swing here in Cookeville. Surprisingly, it's a bit hard to find houses for some of my buyers right now. I suspect it is because sellers are afraid to put their houses on the market because of all the negative media hype. The bottom line is this: If you price it right, they will come.

The Biggest Night of the Year
For the real estate agents at American Way Real Estate Co, the annual awards banquet is the biggest night of the year. It's a formal, catered event to honor the company's top producing agents for the year. Despite the fact that it's semi-formal, it's also a light hearted affair. We bring our families to help us celebrate. It's a fun filled event that allows agents to relax and enjoy each other's company outside of the office.

Hello From the Other Side of the World
I love surprises. Sometimes the smallest little surprise can make my entire day. ActiveRain is full of surprises, and yesterday I received a "rain" surprise from the other side of the world.
As many of you know by now, my company caravans new listings on Tuesday. Afterward, the office is a beehive of activity with all the agents trying to catch up.
