Lifelong Learning and Survival of the Fittest

I've probably never touched on this before, but I'm a huge advocate of lifelong learning and self improvement. I usually spend a few hours each week learning a foreign language and I read at least one non-fiction book per week.

On a professional learning level, I find myself spending huge chunks of time on classes, webinars, coaching, ect. Now, I'll have to admit that hours upon hours of technology classes are not fun.  This is the kind of learning I do because I have to, not because I enjoy it.

Technology is Great, on the Rare Occasions When it Actually Works
I'm a night owl, and I like to write my blog posts at night.  I can sit in the comfort of my bed, relaxed and sharing my thoughts with the world. Technology makes this possible. Wireless router, laptop, and viola: blogging in bed.

The two biggest reasons:
1.) I live in a mountainous area of Tennessee, and you sometimes can't get enough of a phone signal to talk on the phone.  You can, however, usually receive text messages.  If I'm out listing or showing a rural property, it may be hours before I'm back in an … (10 comments)
