When you are contacted via e-mail regarding a home you're listing, a possible new listing, or your services, what are some successful ways that you follow up. I have read that those who contact via e-mail prefer to be contacted back by e-mail. Have you found this to be true? I'd love to hear successful and well received follow up methods. … (3 comments)

Using night scenes for advertising - 03/10/07 11:19 PM
Are there occasions when you use night photos for advertising your listings? I recently took this night shot for an agent who has a listing overlooking Eugene, OR. In situations like these, I can see how a night shot would be beneficial. When is it important for you to do so? I have seen a couple other night shots used for advertising, but not many.

Oregon is the second most moved-to state in the nation!... and more than 75% of buyers begin their home search online (according to National Assoc of Realtors)...
Other stats... according to Realtor.com, homes with virtual tours are clicked on 40% more than those without virtual tours.
