One thing that I'm pleased to offer with the virtual tour technology of Real Tour Vision, is the ability to click on icons ("hotspots") that lead from room to room. This allows the viewer to choose where they want to go in the home, and gives a good sense of the home's floor plan.
Another interesting point about the hotspot icons, is that they can be customized according to who you are creating the tour for. Your real estate company or business can use their logo as the hotspot icon. It reinforces their company recognition in a functional way.

In the RealtorR Magazine Online, they have a positive article announcing their prediction that home sales are going to gradually go up. Here is a quotation from the article:
"Overall housing levels are historically strong, but sales remain sluggish compared to the recent boom," says Lawrence Yun, NAR senior economist. "It's important to keep in mind that all real estate is local, and many markets are expected to have higher sales and strengthening prices during the second half of this year."
