clients: Following up on leads

When you are contacted via e-mail regarding a home you're listing, a possible new listing, or your services, what are some successful ways that you follow up. I have read that those who contact via e-mail prefer to be contacted back by e-mail. Have you found this to be true? I'd love to hear successful and well received follow up methods. (3 comments)
clients: Making a portfolio

I'm thinking about making a portfolio to show prospective clients (for me that would be brokers, but for most of you it would be sellers or buyers). Perhaps you have had success creating a portfolio and presenting it to clients... I'm thinking about adding pictures from the local paper and magazines (local and national) that I've done. Maybe more importantly I would include testimonials from agents and from sellers. Yesterday a broker told me that an out of state client loved the virtual tour I created for her $1.7M property and they're flying in this week to see it in person. That (4 comments)
