The problem is the traditional way of selling homes
is broken. The FMV of the homes are higher than
what people can qualify for.

Well, you can not change the banking industry,
they will protect their assets and make money.

But, what you CAN do is introduce an new way to
sell a home. The key is "Owner Financing".

What about My commission - you still get your
commission at closing

Or, What about the discount?
The property will sell at FMV or higher because
it is no longer regulated by how much financing.
No limit.

Or, Low Monthly payments?
Yes, with seller financing the seller receives low monthly
payments. But, the seller can sell it to a contract buyer
for cash.

Cash Sale Have Discounts?
Yes, due to the time value of money and the investor's risk of lose
they are bought at a discount.  But, there are some methods that will
get the seller  FMV or greater. Ie. Partial Purchase & Balloon Structures

On $100,000  home sale
buyer receive at note selling:
$75,000* a straight purchase
$125,000* a partial purchase
$144,000* on Balloon Structures
