I really think 2009 is going to be a great year for those of us who are still in the Mortgage Industry. Most of the Bad Loan officers have exited the business and many Brokers have closed their doors. Home prices have come down significantly and I really think buyers will come out this coming Spring. What does everyone else think about the future of our business.

Does anyone know if Bank of America still has the Community Accommodations program? If so what is the income limit?
