Someone asked me this morning,  how many bank owned properties are there for sale in Belfair, WA and all of Mason County?  I think they were expecting this huge number to come out of my mouth, but it didn't. 
The statistics below are taken into account only homes for sale and actively listed with a real estate agent that a bank now owns.

Tomorrow I am taking a trip to the future... A trip to my Son's future. I am so excited to see where he will be living, working and making himself a part of a community. 
He recently graduated from Western States Chiropractor College and is now a Dr. of Chiropractic. How could a mom and dad not be prouder?

I have been working on some short sale offers, listings and foreclosed on properties and have had to speak with numerous lenders over the past week.  Pretty much all with just about the same result of progress - zip,zilch, zero!!!.
I was contemplating all of this- this afternoon as a more than unusual day of stress came crashing down on me between work, blogging issues, website snags, personal issues, everything! If it were going to go wrong, today was the day.... 
 
 And then it dawned on me .... and I couldn't stop laughing hysterically......

When Are TWO Heads Not Better than One?~ Buying and Selling A home in the Hood Canal Belfair WA Real Estate Market~ - 02/01/09 05:29 PM
When are 2 heads NOT better than one?  I am going to be in discussion with a seller regarding just this question regarding co-listing his property on the Hood Canal (one of my market areas of expertise) with an out of area agent.
Is it beneficial for a seller to list with both an out of area agent and a local agent (co-listing)? No. It is not.
