How can I sell the home if you lock me, other agents and potential buyers out??
It is a frustrating world out there right now for everyone and as a real estate agent, I have had my share of many frustrating circumstances!
Right now the most frustrating one for me is the fact that a short sale bank's property management company has locked me out of the home that I have listed for sale as a shortsale.
They do not yet own the property, and the auction date has actually been postponed for now ,so we have a better opportunity to come … (6 comments)
