Future water sources for Northeast Water Supply located in Wylie. TX????

The Northest Water Supply has future plans for additional water sources to meet the needs of the cities, Wylie, Plano, McKinney, Frisco, and other cities they service. One of the planned lakes is north of Hwy 82 close to the towns of Bonham to the east and Honey Grove to the west. Carson is one the smaller communities to the north of the planned reservoir.

Lake Bois d'Arc will flood a river bottom area that is currently used for farming. There are cultivated fields & many cows that graze there. Will the lake benefit the economy this area? I believe it will. It will help to boost property & land values in the area. Is it a good investment risk? Perhaps, how many years before the property values catch up with speculation?
