I just discovered Jing after attending yesterday's Realtor.com conference which was very worth while.  Jing is a better version of Snag it.  You can draw an arrow on it, post quotes etc.  See below illustrating how Zillow is wrong in our market.

I was forwarded a blog post which I will include a link to here and found it to be absolutely eye opening! Essentially the news is not covering this adequately because they themselves don't understand what has happened and why.
In the rush for banks to get their mortgages securitized, many took shortcuts on the paperwork necessary. In the name of "improved efficiencies" the paperwork the banks used became digitized notes.
