Providing first class serivice for my sellers is exptremely important to me. It starts from the first moment I meet them by being a good listener and gaining an understanding of their wants, needs and goals. Everyone is different so every transaction will be different as well.
Initial Meeting
Tour the home.....Listen to them..... then review all data pertinent to their home. This includes comps, area benefits and area concerns.
