I don't know about you but I know many of time I find buyers that are looking for a home in Davenport, and turns out that is was not in Davenport, Iowa.  Send me your Davenport area and Ill send you anyone that just seems to land in the wrong place.  Lets start to show the public the extreme service we can offer.

I am looking to exchange links with an agent and lender from every area of the country.  I want to be able to refer clients to someone who is in the know and that I have some relationship with.  I will need your link and a copy of where you will be loading mine.  I want to touch every state.

Why are new buyers scared to enter the market?

Please advise on your markets? Whats Moving? Who's Buying? What bargins are available?

In our small metro area, prices have not taken the huge up and downs that some of the larger areas have, but for some reason the percetion is the same. 

I am looking to hear from some people in other areas, besides the top 10 you always hear about.
