Following is a great post from a fellow Active Rain colleague. It was funny and reminded me of my bad timeshare sales pitch experience, oh some 20 years ago.  People, beware the timeshare! I had a client who last year couldn't buy the home that he wanted because of his timeshare monthly payment. Run kicking and screaming from the TimeShare sales pitch on your next vacation!!! LOL.
