It's Monday! Today, I wanted to start by answering a few questions asked of me over the last few weeks. I get a lot of questions regarding what it is I do, how it is I can be of help, and what I charge for services. Pulled from a page on my website, here is a list of commonly asked questions with answers for those interested in the Virtual World.
What is a Real Estate Virtual Assistant? A real estate Virtual Assistant is similar to an administrative office assistant however everything is done "Virtual". Our support staff provides services to help real estate professionals with the backend of real estate.
What does "Virtual" Mean? We use the internet and other telecommunication mediums to provide real estate support.
What is the difference between a Virtual Assistant and an Employee? Virtual Assistants are independent contractors or better known as "Self Employed". Our support staff works from a remote location, utilize our own office equipment, and free agents from the added employee/employer expenses.
What Services can a Virtual Assistant offer? Multiple Services sums it up very well! Click here for a complete list of real estate services and support but check back regularly as our list keeps growing.
Is there a Contract? Signing with VreBS does require a contract. The contract is very basic and agent specific. It provides a written statement of hours/month, accepted rate, and work requested. There is no fine print and the only importance is a 30-day termination notice and a fee charged for returned checks.
How soon can you start? Our support staff welcomes new agents all the time. We are open to short term or long term service requests.
To contact us, please view our request for services, submit the form and someone will be in contact with you as soon as possible. Feel free to also eMail and or call us directly anytime day or night.
Going back to April 7th, I posted a blog regarding the closure of the online virtual assistant business I had been affiliated with for the past five years. Its official, as of 11:59pm, April 30th, Reva Teams closed its doors. Saddened by its closure, but truly thankful for a great five years working with some of the best VA's, befriending multiple agents from around the globe, continually learning new market niches, and just knowing that I was in business with one of the best and the owner of Reva Teams, Michael Russer.
Can you believe it is already May? The trees are budding, the flowers are in bloom, the grass (if not already) is soon to have its first mowing - what's next, hopefully a boom in home sales!!
As you know from past blogs, I try to bring forth articles that strike an interest. Posted in Inman news was Part 2 of a three part series called "Specialization's the name of the game" It offers a lot of key points why or why not agents succeed online.
Spring into Action! If you feel your website fails at marketing your target buying and selling areas or lacks the "wow" factor, contact me today or visit my website at http://www,vrebs.net for a complete list of real estate services and support.
Sunday! Sunday! Sunday! Relaxation, What's that? My gears are al ready turning and my focus is the upcoming week, client activities, completion of projects, and the question of "what new niches can I learn to help my customers"!
As you all know, I find time to read a few blubs here and there and always like to pass along my favorites! "Three Ways to Turn Your Web Forms Into New Business Generators" - written by Mr. Internet (Michael Russer) and published in the March Issue of the Realtor Magazine, the blub caught my attention and I wanted to pass it along to my blog readers. It offers informative information regarding your website forms. To read the article, click here.
At the same time, it's Sunday, we're kicking off a brand new week, and I need to take the time to thank my newest agents that have signed on with VreBS - Thank You and I look forward to working with each and every one of you. To others, remember when it is your time, call or eMail. There is always space available. You can find a list of services on the web at http://www.vrebs.net/, request price quotes, and read the latest testimonials.
Here we are wrapping up another weekend - a weekend that was once again chilly, wet, and just plain icky! Since staying indoors is normally the outcome of cold wet days, I took the opportunity to do some work, begin new projects, and catch up on my reading - blogs, forums, & real estate "tid bits". I found a comment that really caught my attention. Though seemingly little, it certainly had meaning.
"As an Agent, your business is comprised of two main functions: Creating customers and servicing customers. You need to be good in both arenas, but your career success hinges on being truly great in only one. Which one?" The advice given was to put the bulk of your time and effort into the customer development part of your business. Why? To create a large, successful business, undoubtedly you have to excel in both areas, but if you have to prioritize, emphasize customer creation for these reasons:
* If you can't create customers, you won't have anyone to service. And since customer service excellence results from customer service experience, customer development is a necessary prerequisite." (Real Estate Champions - Coaches Corner)
Just as an agent, A Virtual Assistant's business is also comprised of two main functions - Creating customers and servicing customers. I am taking this time, again, to welcome new agents.

It's Monday! Prior to starting a new work week, I wanted to share with everyone an announcement. As some you of may have read throughout my blog and website, I have been a Virtual Assistant/Specialist with REVA Teams, an online company owned and operated by Michael Russer, AKA Mr. Internet. It was brought to my attention this past week that REVA Teams is closing its doors. As gloomy as it had seemed, I now understand that this change is going to bring forth bigger and better ventures.
I took it upon myself to personally thank Michael for giving me the opportunity to not only learn from the best, but work with the best! During my five year journey, I was given the opportunity to work with some of the top Virtual Assistants and assist with multiple clients needing help in every aspect of real estate. I strongly believe that the exceptional training and hands on experience with REVA Teams has given me strength and a better understanding of both real estate & real estate professionals.
Today, I continue to welcome agents to come on board the Virtual World! If you have been thinking of hiring a Virtual Assistant, but are uncertain of how it is that we can help you, don't hesitate to ask questions. Visit my website, eMail, or contact me directly. I welcome the opportunity to speak with you. (Referrals are always appreciated)

Over the last few weeks, I have taken an interest in the real estate forums. In reading multiple posts tackling every aspect of real estate, it came to my attention that a large percentage have been agents asking the opinions of others on how they can and what they can do to promote their business, market their business, and increase their prospective buyer / seller leads. As we all know, real estate definitely has its ups and downs, though not all states are experiencing the market decline as my "homeland". As a Virtual Assistant for multiple Realtors, I have taken notice on the market conditions and worked one-on-one with my clients (agents) to boost activity. First priority - rid of the negativity. Take the "downtime" to refresh/reconstruct, replan, and reactivate!
Refresh/reconstruct - your website or consider building a custom website
Replan - take a new approach to lead generation, listing plans, drip campaigns, marketing techniques, etc.
Reactive - Past "old" leads
Again, there's still time. Take advantage of the special offer until March 8th! Request information on how a Virtual Assistant can be an asset to you and your business. I offer professional-quality service and guarantee positive results ... (of course not instantly, but overtime, together we'll see the difference). Until then, Have a Wonderful Day :)
Dear Friends, I can't believe we are already in the month of March! Remember the offer I made back when it was Feb. 2nd (Groundhogs Day).... Because the "little fellow" predicted 6 more weeks of winter, I decided to offer a discounted rate for all agents inquiring about Virtual Assistance until March 8th. Time's almost up ... Take advantage and contact me today!
Again, I would like to take this time to say thanks and welcome aboard to my newest clients (agents). I look forward to working with all of you in helping to accomplish your goal of becoming a prosperous business in 2008!
