Everyday of our lives we are surrounded by brands. Did you know that as a real estate agent, YOU are a brand? So, what does your brand say to the world? Have you given it any thought?
Today, as I was trekking my neighborhood streets delivering 200 flyers door-to-door I gave this a lot of thought. Thoughts such as, “ughh, this would be so much easier if I would just hire a teenager to deliver these” went through my head. After all, 200 flyers takes me about 2 hours of fast-paced walking to deliver. Can you blame me for thinking this?

Renters often want to become homeowner’s but are unsure of their ability to afford a home. One of the biggest concerns I hear is over credit scores. These prospective homeowners know that their credit score has a direct impact on their interest rate. They know interest rates affects affordability significantly and can offset a lower list price.

It's that time of year again, Little League season! I love this time of year, although it's extremely busy for me. As a real estate agent I work most weekends. Splitting my time between baseball games and practices can be a real challenge.
Since sign up's are this Saturday and I'm working with new buyer clients as well, I won't be holding any open houses. Therefore, no open house blog post this week.

What better time is there to get organized than the start of a brand new year? If you just bought a home, or if you just want to be prepared then now is the perfect time to get it done.
Do you have pictures of your valuables and belongings? If a fire occurred in your house today and everything was destroyed, would you be able to tell your insurance company everything that was in it? What about family heirlooms, important documents, letters from past loved ones?
