FarrellHere in Hawaii, prices have not plummeted as they have across the mainland states, but many investors have lost their equity and now not only find themselves upside down mortgage-wise, but with significant negative cash flow as well. I've heard there is hope for these folks, but have not found a source for further information. Does anyone know if there is a portion of the stimulus package earmarked for these real estate owners and how would one go about getting more information?
