So much for political and financial issues...why not make your own history and do something about it where you have a control of your own destiny...Why wait for the government to decide on the help you need to be successful.  THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX... We are all smart people.  We just need to focus and concentrate on the ways that will help you and other people. Make a great history to tell your grandkids that you have done extraordinary to change your life or someone's life.  Do not underestimate your capabilities of doing great things...

Anyone can make tremendous changes as long as you say "YES! I will make the first step and will not stop until I get the result I want."  Make a commitment and see how you will shine like a star and you will be so surprise how things will come together because you started it.

This is the right time to do something.... don't hesitate and feel really good about it.

As we complete our transactions with our clients and we moved on dealing with another client,  do we stop and think on how our clients will remember us?  What will they say to other people?  How did they really feel about our services? 

I believe that feedback is something that we all have to pay attention.  However, getting feedback from our clients sometimes is not that easy but it can be done.

I truly love helping people that I do like to know how they feel about my work.  Learning the things that I wasn't able to do for my clients are very important to know so I can make it better.  Striving for client's happiness will make them remember us and leave a good experience.

I would love for all my clients to remember me with lots of good memories that will always put a smile on their  face everytime they think of their association with me.  That is what we call making a difference to someone's life.  This is what we all want as Realtors.  We care so much for others that we can definitely make a strong change in everyone's life if we keep this in our mind everytime we are dealing with our clients.

I look forward to see a great community with people that are happy and successful because I gave my heart and soul to them.  This vision can change our way of life if we all work together in harmony and give a lot of love for others in whatever profession or career we are in.

Life as we create it with great vision along with our unstoppable passion has surprised many of us on how it benefits so many people.  It starts with a peaceful mind and realization of great self-appreciation and then gradually acquire certain remarkable qualities of giving and caring for others.

A vision of helping one person will take you to help another person and another person, then a group of people and another group of people. Then it becomes bigger and larger group of people and so on...

I don't know if you understand what I am saying but it truly boils down to knowing who you are and how you affect others.  Someone who dreams and have great passion will go after its completion regardless of many mistakes that would come along with it.  

Powerful execution of these dreams will surely need a lot of heart and thick skin to go thru the process but the main thing to remember is the fruit of its hardwork.  The surprises and miracles that would come after the fulfillment of your visions are the things you will be so happy about where there will have no standard or expectation to set. A great realization of how it benefits everything that surrounds you is a heavenly gift to have. 

How do we foresee ourselves as Realtors in a community?  Do we just help people sell and buy homes?  I believe that we chose to become Realtors because we appreciate the result of our work.  I believe that we do things beyond selling and buying homes because we make a difference in our community.  We design and develop our market by the way we do business with people. 

This crisis in the Real Estate and Financial Industry is just a sign of how we do business around the world.  It is not too late to do something about it.  It might seem impossible to tackle for someone who is just starting in this industry but really it is something that we can all do as long as we all understand our power of willingness to make a change.

Make your first step to do something about it.  Don't depend too much on the government to do something about this.  Let's go out there and start helping people around you.  Business owners are needing our support than anything.  We are truly good in what we do and because of that we are pretty much the bridge for anybody to connect.

We are the eyes and hands of our community.  Don't just watch the market.  We all see things happening ahead of everyone.  Use it to help others in your community.  Be BOLD and Be a HERO for people who needs your help.

One of the great priviledges of being a Realtor is you get invited by so many organizations in the community.  Filipino American Retirees of Southern California had a great dinner party on September 20, 2008 to honor great veterans and troops at the "Holiday Inn on the bay" here in San Diego California.

This location was right at heart of downtown with beautiful surroundings and this event was attended by many great people including the Mayor of Temecula, Michael S. Naggar, which I had the opportunity to be introduced to.  There was a live band with great singers and dancers.  Young children and adults performed at their best.  Food was great and people were very accomodating.

It was a great honor to be a part of this great celebration.  Meeting in person these great people who devoted their time and services for our country is such an experience to remember.
