It seems like a Seller's market where ever we turn.  We find homes for our clients but we also find out that most of these homes have multiple offers here in Murrieta, Temecula, Winchester, French Valley and even PERRIS... Anyone who does OPEN HOUSES are definitely getting a lot of buyers actively visiting homes.  My phone is non-stop in receiving calls from Agents and Buyers.
I hope that this would help the market to settle down on our home inventory.  You all have a great time viewing homes and don't forget to say HI....
