Who Should Be Buying
First time buyers and anyone looking to move up need to realize that most sellers have reduced their homes by a lot more than $8000 since May. With the interest rate decline, increased inventory, and lowering of prices, many buyers are better off now than back in May or June. It is still not to late to get a tax benefit by the end of the year.
Do not believe reports that you need perfect credit or 20% down.There are programs for everyone.
