As a buyers agent,
 
I do not get paid unless I find you a home and commissions always come from the seller.
 
I will be looking over mls to see what is out there. Foreclosures may need some work but are some of the best buys right now. Also stressed sellers homes are good to look at. The homes here are usually in much better shape. I can research a house and fine out many details through the tax records and old mls listings to determine how motivated a seller is.
