Recently I have had several first time home buyers ask me if I "deal" in foreclosed homes. We've heard a lot about foreclosures in the news media. There are websites willing to give a list of foreclosed properties in your area for a price and real estate agents advertising that they are foreclosure experts. Many of them are and that is their niche in real estate.
