Mike Blowers just told another broadcaster that Matt Tui, a Seattle Mariner, was gonna hit his first big league home run, the hit count, the pitch, the pitcher, where the ball would go:  And It Happened!

2009 Assessment Notice came in the mail a month or so ago, have a look at the calculator the State of Montana provides to you to see what your future property taxes will be.

I looked up my personal residence and my land taxes on the calculator and I'm pretty much staying the same, depending on the values of the future mill levy's.

Toxic "invest in Real Estate" scam programs continue to be peddled by gypsy sales seminars! 
Who's buying this crap?

This weekend, September 11th through the 13th is the Annual Home Improvement Show.
Free Admission, bring the family!
I use this event for some of my best ideas for staging and recommendations for home improvements for my clients.  Great place to mingle and learn about new techniques in heating, building, roofing, gardening, hot tubs and you name it, they've got it.
There's usually some food, and a bit of local entertainment!
Not much you can do for free these days and have so much fun.

Yes we have wine and a few snacks, but on occassion we get a couple of things done!
A small group of us country bumpkins get together and talk about what we should make, when we should make it and a little show and tell.
