Little Log Home In Billings Montana - 03/31/10 06:28 PM
I just listed a little log home right in the heart of the west end neighborhood of Billings Montana at 51 16th Street West!
This home is affordable, $130,000.  Put your own touch of charm and character to all of this cozy wood interior!  There might even be a good spot to locate that old wagon wheel you've been saving.  This home was built in 1955 in an established residential location in the west end of Billings Montana.  Centrally located, this little log home will provide an easy commute to downtown or westend shopping and schools (an elementary school is just … (4 comments)

Seller Paid Closing Costs, What's Happening In Billings Montana? - 03/28/10 12:49 PM
For many years, seller's have been asked to pay some or all of the closing costs and prepaids the buyer incurs in order to get an accepted contract.  The market acceptance of this practice depends on multiple factors, one of which includes the question; what is the standard for the area?  Just be careful to consider that seller paid closing costs are really a PRICE NEGOTIATION between the buyer and the seller, the buyer is bringing the funding for these costs, the seller is accepting the bottom line deduction from the sales price.

Over the past 90 days, only 35 homes in this area were sold, that was a long winter with a whole lot of snow on the ground!

Since the weather has nearly melted all the snow, we have a bit of spring fever here in the housing … (0 comments)
