Wichita real estate update: Summer, 2007
The latest reported data from the Wichita Area Association of Realtors MLS shows homes sales off by 3% for the same time period in 2006 but still 9.5% higher than in 2005. Existing listings and new home inventories were down 4% and 4.6% during the same period. This caused the Wichita market to be balanced and neither a buyers or sellers market.
Derby, KS was voted one of the "Ten Best Towns for Families" by Family Circle Magazine in their July, 2007 Issue
