Wichita home sales report for March, 2012

Existing home increased 32.6% between February and March, 2012 and increased 11.1% on a year over year basis.  The median sales price of homes sold in March increased 10.7% compared to February sales but were .5% lower on a year over year basis.  1st quarter existing home sales for the 1st quarter of 2012 are higher than 2009, 2010 and 2011’s 1st quarter sales.
 
New home sales also increased 24.15 from February but were 8.6% lower than last year.  New … (0 comments)
