What are Mega Producing Agents Really Looking for? - 04/10/08 09:44 AM
We are all taught that people are looking for relationships.  I understand that most agents do what to feel that they have a strong relationship with the people in their office, however, I think the big producers are looking for more.
I would love to know what it is that Mega Agents need.  What do they want?  What can their offices do to help them grow the business that they have?  Is the realtionship really enough?
