Safety tip - an important reminder?
It might seem like no big deal changing the batteries in your smoke alarm but this happened to a friend of mine.
Here's something for ya to keep in mind. One of the St Louis Area's Finest has confessed to a special problem. This man purchased several 9v batteries to replace clock and smoke batteries in his home. He promptly removed all the protective terminal coverings at the same time and placed the batteries in his front pocket - some coins already present.
