$10,000 House in Crofton, Maryland???? - 04/21/08 11:29 AM
So you're wondering how there is a $10,000 house in Crofton? There it is, plain as day, listed in the multiple list system, $10,000 for a Crofton Meadows Townhome. It's pretty nice too, mostly original, but 3 finished levels, walkout basement, near the school, clean. The catch is it is NOT a $10,000 home. The auction company that is selling the house has it listed for $10,000 to "get people's attention". Which it certainly has. I got a call from my girlfriend who qualifies for $150,000 and she said I have to ask you about a house I just saw listed. (0 comments)
I've Been Plagiarized! - 04/09/08 08:17 AM
So this is something new for me. Last night I clicked on Margaret Woda's blog. She is an agent in my office who writes wonderful articles, and is number 2 here on Activerain. I noticed that on each blog she has a banner that says "copyscape". So I googled copyscape which is a cool website where you can put in your website and see if anyone has copied your content. So I entered in www.webberteam.com and there were 2 entries that showed up. On one of them the content was already removed, but the other is a Realtor that is only 10 minutes (18 comments)
Express-It, Great Gift Ideas for Special People Crofton, Maryland - 04/03/08 04:55 PM
If you're looking for a special gift for a relative, grandparents, parents, aunts and uncles, etc., Express It is a great place to go. We had a Brownie Troop meeting here at Express It and it was a blast. Express It is an art studio in the same shopping center as Christopher's Restaurant, behind the Dunkin Donuts that is on Rt. 3, across from the Crofton Gates. The girls had their meeting in the back room and there are also individual tables in the main part of the shop. On one side is shelf after shelf of ceramic items ready to (0 comments)
Nails & Lunch in Crofton, Maryland - 04/03/08 04:47 PM
My neighbor called me up and said she needed to get her nails done but her car was in the shop. I decided I needed a break so told her I'd drive. She likes to go to T.P. Nails, which is a nail shop here in Crofton right next to Christopher's Restaurant. It's on the same side of the street as Blockbuster, behind the Dunkin Donuts. The Rt. 3 section of Crofton is pretty small so it's easy to find! Anyway, we ended up really having a nice time, enjoying being pampered getting manicures and pedicures. The prices are really reasonable, (0 comments)
