I wonder what the top 10 wishes would be for real estate website owners? Might having a webmaster who personally tends to their needs rank high? Or rather, consistent good traffic from searchers? What about clean design, or compelling copy?

I think the list would be interesting, and very helpful to people like me, who spend their working hours building and maintaining websites.
