You have a couple come to your office requesting to look at homes. You make them sign a buyers representation agreement and take them down the hall to your in house lender to have them pre qualified before you will show them homes.
You have another couple come to your office requesting to look at homes. You immediately get up from your desk and go out and show them homes.
Is there a problem here?
