title companies: What happens if a title company goes out of business - 10/23/08 01:00 PM
I have a questions regarding what happens if a title company goes out of business today, and a property is scheduled to close tomorrow.
•1.        Will the buyer eventually get his earnest money refunded
•2.       Will they need to come with additional earnest money until they get a refund
•3.        What could happen to the agent who insisted on using this particular title company
