If anyone could give me some guidance on who to use for Real Estate website development, I would sincerely the referral.  Also, does any one have a really good IDX solution?  There seems to be thousands for website companies out there. I am having a difficult time discerning which company is the best bang for the buck.  I would sincerely appreciate hearing about your personal web development successes and pitfalls.
