Well people I am seeing a never ending cycle of issues on homes during inspections. 1 out of 20 home have only minor constructions issues, and yet they still had a safety issues here and there. How many home owners open a electrical panel themselves? or crawl in a crawlspace? Not many. Heres a pic of a electrical panel with what is called a NO NO. Double taps on main conductors. When I see this I think it is a fire waiting to happen.

Have fun this Easter holiday.   May god bless all.
