The Madoff Mansion was sold after being a year on the market.
The Madoff Mansion is located at 410 N Lake Way in Palm Beach Florida.  It is a 5 bedroom, 7.5 bathrooms and is 8,800 square feet.  The original listing price was $8.9 Million.  It was reduced to $6.9 Million. After a year on the market it got an offer and was closed this past Friday for $5.56 Million. Another addition to our growing family. We have 9 children and now we have 3 grandchildren. Our youngest child is 8 years old and our oldest son is 30 years old. 
Our oldest son who lives in Canada with his wife who is a Native American just had their first daughter together. Here is our little Micha in her papoose. I get asked at least twice a week where we go our images and clip art from that we have on our blog. Most of the time we take our own photos. I like to use the photos we take on our website and on our blog. But there are many times where the post or the article needs an image or a piece of clip art to convey the message of the post.

Our son loves baseball and he has the talent to play well in this game. He played his first season last spring in Little League in Wellington Fl- Coach Pitch. Since we have nice weather here in Florida in the winters, they have winter Little League also. He was picked up very quickly during the try-outs for the team he is on.

Bank of America announced that they will no longer be working with mortgage brokers. They are leaving the wholesale part of the loan business. They will no longer be working with mortgage brokers to do loans. They say that the broker part of their business was only 4% in the first 6 months of this year.
