Palm Beach County Home Sales Are Up this first quarter of 2009; but is that really good news? The RMLS Residential Statistics report says this is good news. All together, Palm Beach County, Martin County and St Lucie county; sales were 18% more this first quarter over last year. That means that more houses sold this first quarter than sold last year for the same period of time.
The great news RMLS says is that the inventory has dropped. The number of properties listed for sale in the MLS has dropped by about 6 months since the beginning of the year.

It took us 2 years to get here! I woke up this morning and noticed that I had blogged us to the top of Florida featured agents. #1 out of over 16,000.
Florida has some of the best and most active bloggers on Active Rain so this was an uphill challenge.
