To accommodate the end of month renewals since 12/31/2011 falls on a Saturday and the following Monday is a State holiday, Licensing will only honor December renewals that are filed in person at the front counter as timely filed on Tuesday, 1/3/2012 by close of business.

Renewal filings by mail, email or facsimile must be post marked or time date-stamped by 12:00 p.m. on 12/31/2011.

All online renewals must be completed by 12:00 p.m. on 12/31/2011.

All applicants shall;

Input all CE credits into online system*(Important, see below)

Submit the Renewal form LI-243.

Submit the Disciplinary Actions Disclosure form LI-214/244.

May need Proof Of Residency, please check record to assist customer.  (If name on POR does not match record, contact Licensing.)

Designated and Self-Employed Brokers;

Complete the Broker’s Self Audit Declaration.

All applicants must pay the in office fee;

Sales Agents = $210.00.

Brokers = $420.00.

Designated and Self-Employed Brokers with Branch Offices.

An additional $200.00 per branch office.

*ADRE has taken the position that renewals filed in person at the front counter for the 12/31/2011 expiration date that are timely submitted on 1/3/2012 will be considered complete and timely even though they may contain CE that was completed after the expiration date between 1/1/2012 and 1/3/2012. So ADRE will not pursue the fact that the CE courses were taken after the expiration date.

National Association of REALTORS® has resolved the network issues. You are now able to log into realtor.org to pay your association dues, and register for classes/events on WeMAR.org.

We received word that the National Association of REALTORS® internet network has crashed. Technicians are working on the issue. They estimate that the system will be down for another 2 – 3 hours.

This means that you cannot log into realtor.org or the eCommerce site at this time. THIS EFFECTS DUES PAYMENTS ON REALTOR.ORG, AND ONLINE REGISTRATION AND STORE PURCHASES ON WEMAR.ORG.

If you are attempting to pay your dues online, register for a class/event or purchase something from our online store, we ask for your patience. Please wait to do these until NAR has resolved the issue and their network has been restored.

We will send another email letting you know the network is again available.

Every January marks the time to renew your membership with REALTOR® associations. Paying your annual REALTOR® dues to WeMAR also includes payment to the National Association and Arizona Association of REALTORS®. Affiliate members pay WeMAR Affiliate dues only.

As of December 1, we are accepting dues payment for 2012. Dues are due by January 1. Dues are considered late as of January 24 and will include a $50 late fee. See renewal timeline

To make the best uses of your dues dollars, we are not mailing dues invoices. You should receive a reminder postcard with online payment instructions and the timeline in the next day or two. Invoices are available to print on WeMAR.org if you prefer to fax or mail your payment, or want a copy for your records.

We will be sending multiple email reminders. Unfortunately, we do not have a way to remove members who have paid dues from the email list. We apologize for the repetition. If you have paid, please disregard the reminders.

It is quick and easy…log in to your realtor.org account. You will see an option to pay your 2012 membership dues.

If you have not previously registered on realtor.org, do so prior to attempting to pay online. You will need your NRDS number.  All WeMAR members, including Affiliates have a NRDS number.  Click here to find yours.

Contributions to RAPAC are voluntary and used for political purposes. You may donate more or less than the suggested amount. If you prefer not to donate to RAPAC, click on “Pay Later” or enter $0 on the appropriate space.  Read more about RAPAC.
