ADRE License Renewal Period (4 TO 2 YEARS) - 06/23/10 05:09 PM

License renewals issued after July 29, 2010, will be for a two year license period.  The license renewal fees remain the same, and are posted on www.azre.gov  Effective 7/1/2010, the ADRE computer system will automatically change the renewal period from 4-2 years.

Diane Mourssali, a fellow REALTOR® needs our help. She is fighting breast cancer that has spread through her body into her liver and some of her bones. With her last chemo treatment not working, doctors believe Transcatheter Occlusion and Radiopharmaceutical Therapy would help. Diane's insurance denied the treatment request stating it is experimental and investigational. Her doctor is appealing their decision and is asking for personal letters to help overturn it.

Election Results Are In!
The election results from Government Affairs & Public Policy efforts in both the City of Litchfield Park and the Town of Youngtown are in.  Congratulations to each of you for your efforts in each community.  This is a big win for WeMAR and affordable housing.
I would like to also give a big thank you to the chair and vice chair of each effort, particularly Litchfield Park.  Fred Cleman and Dan Gardner received a number of calls trying to "trip them up".  They handled those calls effectively and their efforts were rewarded with this election!
