Midvale Home & Condo Sales Report 
Midvale home sales increased 26% from March 2007 and increased 16% from April 2006. Home values increased 18% from March 2007 and were up a healthy 35% from their April 2006 levels. Days on market increased a nominal 3% from March but shortened 7% from April 2006.
