Bluffdale / Herriman / Riverton Home & Condo Sales Report 
Home sales decreased 26% from March 2007 and decreased a dramatic 46% from April 2006. Home values decreased 2% from March 2007 but were up 11% from their April 2006 levels. Days on market shortened by 14% from March and shortened 7% from April 2006.

Bluffdale / Herriman / Riverton Utah homes sales plunge 44.92% while values rise 23.97%.
The tri-city zone in the southwest corner of the valley has seen the largest slow down in homes sold in the Salt Lake County.
