Welcome to 2011, Loser. The Secret to Writing (and Keeping) New Year's Resolutions - 12/31/10 03:56 PM
Had to pass this one on, what a great suggestion.  True to my Law of Attraction Roots.  Celebrate what you have and you'll get what you love!  Thoughts Become Things - Choose the Good Ones - Mike Dooley
Via Janet Guilbault California Mortgage Banker/Broker:
There is weight to be lost. Bad habits to be broken. Vacations not taken, and money not earned. You are swept away in the negativity of it all, when you throw in the towel and think this:
"Welcome to 2011, LOSER".
But there is something you can do for yourself that will make New Years resolutions flow easily with … (2 comments)

Are you the Barney Fife of Social Media? - 12/23/10 02:58 AM
This is a great blog post written by Jason Crouch.  If you are afraid of effectively using social media, don't be.   Jump in and have fun.  You'll be glad that you did!

When I was a kid, my grandfather would pick me up from school most days, and we would hang out all afternoon until my mom came to pick me up from his house. He would usually make me some macaroni and cheese, or some (rather amazing) home-style fries. While we were together, we’d watch TV, typically … (5 comments)

EXTRA, EXTRA . . . READ ALL ABOUT IT . . . The States of Arizona and Nevada SUE the Bank of Beelzebub . . . err, I mean Bank of America!! - 12/19/10 02:01 PM
Wouldn't it be nice if Bank of America, Citi, Wells Fargo and every other loan servicer had to be accountable.  Won't happen.  This is worth watching.  Time for consumers to stand up and be heard. I wonder if there is a legal way to force Bank of America to actually go to trial?  Likely they will settle out of court and admit no wrongdoing.

"NICHE" MARKETING:....WHAT ARE THE DANGERS? - 12/16/10 02:59 AM
I am a big fan of Niche Marketing.  This is an excellent post that gets the brain cells flowing on the value of choosing a niche and sticking with it.

NICHE MARKETING...WHAT ARE THE DANGERS? I am writing this post to open up an in-depth discussion of the responsibility of selling and listing in a Niche Market---your Niche Market to be exact!
I had a very interesting question asked on one of my older posts and I want to address this issue since some people feel it COULD possibly present a problem for any agent if … (1 comments)

Regarding Linens and Other Things - 12/13/10 02:38 AM
I remember loving Linens and Things too.  I still feel this way about Bed Bath and Beyond.  Wonderful lesson on setting boundaries and telling it like it is.  Love this blog post.

Regarding Linens and Other Things
Years ago, my mother had a real problem with the store "Linens ‘n Things."  She loved everything in that store . . .except the prices.  She would drag me out every weekend to go shopping and complain about the cost of items the whole time and never buy a single thing.  It became a ritual of sorts, … (4 comments)

QR Codes: Using Technology To Your Advantage in Real Estate - 12/09/10 11:56 AM
This is a great post on QR codes and offers up some good websites to grab content from.  I liked the www.qrstuff.com website for creating qr codes. Passing it along.

QR Codes: Using Technology To Your Advantage in Real Estate
QR codes (Quick Response codes) or barcodes are sort of cutting edge technology.  Simple barcodes have been used in retail stores for decades, but they are just now becoming a major way to advertise these same products to the public.  Below are examples of a simple … (1 comments)

Manifesting Change Connects the Dots on Law of Attraction - 12/01/10 01:11 PM
Recently I have discovered the work of Mike Dooley. He is the author of a number of books the most recent of which is Manifesting Change. Hands down this the best book that I have ever read in regards to Law of Attraction and Manifesting what we want in our lives. It connects the dots so easily and effortlessly and gives a roadmap that always been there but somehow I missed. Love, Love, Love this book.
This video is a recording of Mike on a recent book tour. It was recorded November 17, 2010 at Unity Church in Sacramento, California. I … (2 comments)
