Right on schedule, the Spring market is proving to be an interesting one in our area.
Inventory is shockingly low - check out these graphs for Northern Virginia and Arlington, in particular--inventory is running about half of prior year's in some areas. Frustrated buyers are asking 'where are the listings?' But the market is divided...there is a subset out there that just sit and wait for buyers. So what's going on?
