My team and I continuosly monitor local real estate statistics to keep our clients informed and ahead of the real estate trends. Below you will find Webb City area real estate statistics for the period September 2007 as compiled by the Ozark Gateway Association of REALTORS®.
Web City is in it's 4th month of a pretty strong Buyer's market. The good news is that we're selling homes faster than new ones are coming into the system but we still have 9 1/2 months of inventory in the system to sell of so is may be a couple of months befor things start looking up.

We're in to month 4 of a stong buyers market in Carl Junction. The good news is that we are bleeding off inventory and for the 2nd straight month we are selling more houses than are coming on the market.
