 Having lived in Boulder for nearly 20 years, I can vouch for the what is said in this video.  As a Home Stager, Decorator and athlete living in Boulder, I think the real estate market can also "vouch" for the desirability of the city.  Like the rest of the nation, Boulder has not been entirely immune to the down turn,but homes are selling, new properties are being built and the allure of Boulder keeps the market pumping. Boulder's appeal includes  great year-round weather, close proximity to skiing, fabulous restaurants, cycling, swimming, Colorado University, running and hiking trails....
