It won't be long.... we'll be back in the grove cheering on The Rebels!!  Here's a great dip that's sure to have people coming back to your tent!!    HOTTY TODDY!!

Chile Verde Dip1 can (16 ounces) refried black beans1 teaspoon plus 1 tablespoon Southwestern Seasoning Mix1 lime1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies, undrained1 garlic clove, pressed1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped1 can (3 1/4 ounces) pitted ripe olives, divided5 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded, divided (1 1/4 cups)1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, snippedBaked Tortilla Chips (See Cook's Tips)Preheat oven to 400?F. SEVEN LAYER MEXICAN DIP
1 sm. can refried beans
1 can Fritos bean dip
1 container Dean's guacamole dip
1 c. sour cream
1/2 cup mayonaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning
Shredded jack and cheddar cheese
1 can sliced black olives
2-3 small chopped tomatoes
2 bunches chopped green onions
 
Mix refried beans and Fritos dip; spread in bottom of dish. Next, spread guacamole dip.  Mix sour cream, mayonaise and taco seasoning; spread.  Sprinkle cheese or cheeses to cover third layer.  Sprinkle olives, tomatoes, and green onions.  Serve with Fritos scoops and/or Tostitos scoops!  Everybody will LOVE IT!!!

      TUESDAY, WE WILL GO TO THE POLLS TO CAST OUR VOTES IN SEVERAL EXTREMELY CRUCIAL RACES.   THE SUPREME COURT RACES, AS USUAL, HAVE BEEN SOMEWHAT OBSCURED BY THE OTHER CONTESTS, AND MANY VOTERS WILL BE "IN THE DARK" ABOUT THE MERITS OF THE JUDICIAL CANDIDATES WHOSE NAMES ARE ON THE BALLOT....
