Myrtle Beach real estate market rebounded in March, and experienced a small decline in April. April’s Single family residential and Condo sales activity fell 4.7% and 2.4%, respectively. Compared to April 2010, Single family residential home sales fell 8.5%.Year-to-Date (YTD) sales are up 2.6% vs. 2010. Single family home sales median sales prices dropped to $165,000, a 3.5% decline vs. April 2010.The decline continues to be driven by distressed sales, as non-distressed prices remain consistent at $189,000.
