An Analytical Self Analysis Of Our Professional Analysis - 11/26/10 01:40 PM
An Analytical Self Analysis Of Our Professional Analysis people in a fiduciary position have to do this constantly! Shortly after starting in real estate every one with a conscience will be forced to do An Analytical Self Analysis Of Our Professional Analysis! Those with no social conscience will simply calculate the potential commission and conclude that, that witch produces the biggest commission the fastest is the best alterative! Such people have no need of An Analytical Self Analysis Of Our Professional Analysis, because they have no separation between their personal and professional duties, to them it's all Me, Me, Me, Me, (17 comments)
An Open Letter To My Lord Thanksgiving 2010 - 11/25/10 02:16 AM
An Open Letter To My Lord Thanksgiving 2010 Dear Lord, I know I've been blessed again this year thank you. Please, help my family, friends in person and on the web, my students and readers to understand they are already blessed. It amazes me that in this, the greatest country in your world that so many question the country and their blessings, that so many feel so guilty about our success that rather than rejoice they would dismantle it. In a world where most people dream of just surviving, where security means knowing you'll eat again tomorrow, that people who don't (25 comments)

Socially Repressed Anti-Professionalism - 11/18/10 09:18 PM
Socially Repressed Anti-Professionalism or could it litigiously suppressed professionalism? Could it be professional ignorance, maybe just maybe getting paid is the sole requirement of professionalism. Recently a blogging friend known for witty often outrageous attention getting and provocative posts suggested there were questions agents shouldn't bother asking! That's a great example Socially Repressed Anti-Professionalism! In real estate and lending there are a few questions you can't leagaly ask and a few you can't legally answer! Other than those legal issues there are no stupid questions, only foolish and stupid answers! Many feel questions demonstrate ignorance. They are right! Ignorance is not (10 comments)
Yesterday Morning no real estate today - 11/16/10 04:35 PM
Yesterday Morning I got up with a great real estate lesson to wright about. Don't ask me what, I can't remember. As usual I fired up the computer, started a caffeine infusion, turned on Fox news, glanced at my home page, AR, nothing urgent checked my subscriptions again nothing urgent. Though about breakfast once more nothing urgent. I opened my primary mail account, email@example.com. There among the 50 or so new notes since 1:00 am, there on line 21 was a note from my Mother. I clicked on it and took some more caffeine while it opened. I'd talked to Mother (24 comments)
Ernest Money Deposits - 11/14/10 03:23 PM
Ernest Money Deposits. There are alternatives! In most if not all states for a contract to be binding there has to be a consideration. The seller pledges to sell his property on defined terms, the buyer usually puts up a cash earnest money deposit. The pledge to sell and the earnest money are the two considerations in most real estate deals. Deposits are much more than cursory compliance to contract law! Deposits are security for the sellers. Deposits are a powerful negotiating tool for the buyers. Deposits divide the professional agents from the hacks. Deposits are a wedge between the listing (10 comments)

The Few The Proud The Brave - 11/10/10 02:01 AM
The Few The Proud The Brave the United States Marines! Today is the two hundred and thirty fifth birthday of our Marine Corps. Now as then the Marines remain always faithful. There are few things in life that compare to our Marine Corp. A more diverse group of young men would be hard to find. Yet for 235 years the Marines have demonstrated a singular devotion to God, Country and Corp. There is no greater demonstration of all that is good with humanity than those willing to risk even give their lives to save our's! Such are the U S Marines! (38 comments)
Can One Word Change A Life? - 11/05/10 02:07 PM
Can one word Change a life? It's been said that success depends on education, preparedness, and opportunity coming together. I disagree! Success depends on education, preparedness, and opportunity being recognized! Can one word Change a life? Many have the education to succeed. Many are prepared with a well stocked brief case, a well programed laptop. A cell phone and digital camera, often all in one. Few and far between are those that do more than lug around their education, supplies and equipment. Recognizing opportunity is a rare ability! Recognizing opportunity is drummed out of us from our earliest days. Can one (10 comments)
A Long Lost Real Estate Song. - 11/04/10 12:21 AM
A long lost real estate song. Some songs just remind you of some thing else. In my high school and college days the Beach boys "I Get Around" personified my two best friends and I. That song still takes me back to the sixties and long week ends with Bing and Tom. In the seventies Claudia Jones sang her version of "It's the Real Thing" called "I'd Like to teach the world to Fly" It takes me back to all those wonderful tripes with Brenda and the kids and 50,000 of our best friends if only for a week or two at (10 comments)
